Reuben Steiger

Managing Partner, IPG Media Lab

Reuben Steiger is the Managing Partner of the IPG Media Lab which showcases emerging technologies with the potential to change the way we live. From 2005 to 2010 Steiger was CEO and Founder of Millions of Us, an Omnicom-funded company dedicated to helping businesses understand and harness the power of virtual worlds and online communities. He also founded and serves as Chairman of Virtual Greats, a company that monetizes branded virtual goods in online environments. Prior to Millions of Us, Steiger was the Evangelist for Linden Lab, creators of the 3-D virtual world Second Life. In that role he was responsible for business development efforts and helped bring the first wave of corporations and commercial developers into Second Life. Until 2002, he was Chief Development Officer at OVEN Digital, an award winning 350 person New York based digital design company. While there Steiger drove revenue and strategy for the company. Steiger holds a BA in English Literature from Brown University and lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and two young children.
