Showcase Your Program at the iDMAa Student Showcase
The iDMAa Student Showcase is a great opportunity for digital media and arts programs to show off their programs by highlighting the best works created by students who are pushing the conceptual and technical boundaries of art.
The exhibition will take place on Thursday, November 5 from 7-9 pm at Vera Mae’s Bistro (http://www.veramaes.com/) in downtown Muncie.
The Showcase is open to digital media individual student art pieces and class projects, including:
- 2D and 3D art to sculpture
- Video or interactive installations
- Creative strategies
- Reels
- Anything that reflects the creative accomplishments of your students and your programs.
Show us what you have!
Your faculty may choose up to 5 digitally produced student works to exhibit at the Showcase. Space for the exhibit may be limited, so submit your intention to exhibit early. There will be several cash awards given to recognize outstanding student work or collaborative projects to be selected by members of the iDMAa advisory board at the conference.
The deadline for submission is October 1, 2009. The exhibition submission fee is $300.00 per institution (for up to 5 students or projects per institution).
